Honestly, I needed this trip so badly. Sometimes you just need an escape from the noise to think and mediate on the important things in life. Cancun was absolutely beautiful and I'm so glad that I got to capture some beautiful moments with my beautiful friends. Here's one of the quick photoshoots I did on the beach.

It's the first day of Spring and it's a blizzard where we are... so of course, a photographers first thought is... PHOTOSHOOT! Luckily, one of my roommates was willing to play dress up and go out into the freezing snow with me. The pictures turned out AMAZING. I love impromptu photoshoots like these!

What an amazing experience to be able to photograph the newest addition to the Nakum family! I am so delighted to be a part of this special session. Although it's supposed to be "spring", the weather here in VA has fluctuated so much that the plants and flowers are not in bloom yet. We worked with what we got, and it turned out pretty amazing.
